truSculpt® flex in Long Island, NY

The truSculpt® flex device is a unique non-surgical body sculpting treatment that utilizes multi-directional stimulation with bioelectrical impulses to tone, sculpt, and strengthen the abdomen, glutes, and thighs, providing results that are unlike any other device on the market.

If you are tired of spending your time and money at the gym with little to show for it, truSculpt® flex can finally give you the results you deserve.

Am I a Good Candidate for truSculpt® flex?

If you are generally in good health, are close to your ideal weight, and maintain a healthy diet and exercise regimen but aren’t seeing the results, truSculpt® flex may be for you.

A high-intensity body sculpting program, truSculpt® flex treatments are personalized to meet your fitness goals. Through three modes — prep, tone, and sculpt — truSculpt® flex stimulates eight muscle groups simultaneously to create multiple types of muscle contractions, capitalizing on the benefits of muscle confusion.

You can benefit from truSculpt® flex if:

  • You wish to build, tone, and firm your abdominals, glutes, or thighs
  • You want to further enhance your existing muscle mass
  • You are interested in a non-invasive body contouring treatment
  • You are unable to exercise sufficiently or have a limited range of motion
  • You are tired of lackluster results from voluntary exercise

If you would like to tone, sculpt, and build muscle mass, truSculpt® flex can provide dramatic results in as little as four sessions.

Who Is Not a Good Candidate for truSculpt® flex?

Almost anyone can benefit from truSculpt® flex body contouring sessions. Patients who see the best results have established exercise regimens and are close to their ideal weight with little excess fat.

truSculpt® flex is not a weight loss solution, as the device works by building and toning muscle groups. While building muscle disrupts fat, you cannot see optimum results if the muscles are hidden by excess fat.

If you are interested in non-invasive fat reduction treatments, consider adding truSculpt® iD. This body contouring device is specifically designed to target and permanently eliminate unwanted pockets of fat.

You may want to consider starting with truSculpt® iD treatments to disrupt fat before undergoing truSculpt® flex to sculpt and build muscle.

How Are truSculpt® flex Treatments Performed?

truSculpt® flex is a non-invasive procedure with no downtime and little discomfort. Your truSculpt® flex specialist can apply up to eight paddles to three body areas at once, stimulating more muscle groups than any other body contouring treatment.

Most sessions are 45 minutes, during which the truControl™ delivery panel can be customized to adjust the polarity, intensity, and direction of bioelectrical muscle stimulation.

Like an intense workout, truSculpt® flex allows your body to progress by alternating muscle groups.

  • Prep mode eases your body into the workout, reproducing twisting motions to stretch and condition the muscles before moving into the next phase.
  • Tone mode mirrors an intense strength and endurance workout, stimulating muscle contractions similar to that of squats and crunches. This strengthens the muscles by contracting and holding the muscles before relaxing and repeating, building muscle mass.
  • Sculpt mode involves fast, deep muscle contractions in rapid succession. This increases the basal metabolic rate to define muscles for a more sculpted look.

By alternating and stimulating multiple muscle groups, truSculpt® flex goes beyond voluntary exercise in a typical gym session. One 45-minute session can produce the equivalent of 54,000 crunches.

Despite the intensity and efficiency of truSculpt® flex sessions, there is no pain. Most patients claim the treatments are tolerable, even comfortable. You will likely feel gentle muscle contractions that gradually intensify in the targeted areas.

What Is truSculpt® flex Recovery Like?

There is very little downtime associated with truSculpt® flex. Following treatment, you may feel a slight tingling or muscle soreness in the targeted areas, similar to muscle fatigue after an intense workout.

You should be able to return to your daily routine immediately following treatment, making this an easy addition to your schedule. Some patients schedule their truSculpt® flex treatments during their lunch breaks or any time they have a free hour.

What Results Can I Expect From My truSculpt® flex Treatment?

The number of treatments needed to reach optimum results will vary from patient to patient, and you can discuss your goals during your initial consultation. Many patients achieve firmer, toned, and visibly sculpted results after four to six treatment sessions.

Following your truSculpt® flex treatments, you can see firmer, more sculpted abdomens, thighs, and glutes. Other truSculpt® flex results include:

  • An average 30% increase in muscle mass
  • Improved range of motion and flexibility
  • Increased endurance
  • Reduced low back pain
  • Increased strength for an overall improvement in traditional exercise

truSculpt® flex not only improves the look and feel of your muscles, but it can increase your capabilities when engaging in physical activity, giving you an edge in maintaining your results through more effective workouts.
