This 30 year old patient had concerns about the cosmetic appearance of his nose, he desired a more refined tip and less dorsal hump. Dr. Pincus performed a closed Rhinoplasty to improve the contour of the nasal dorsum and tip. As you can see in the on-table after photo during surgery, this patient’s goals have been immediately achieved.
