This is a woman in her mid-30s after a mommy makeover. This woman lost an extreme amount of weight and was left with excess skin on her abdomen as well as droopy “ptotic” breasts. Dr. Pincus performed a Tummy Tuck (Standard Abdominoplasty) with a Breast Augmentation. Her tummy tuck included muscle tightening, and the incision is below the bikini line, with a hidden belly button scar. No drains were used. We decided on Sientra 355cc moderate profile implants. These photos are nearly 3 months post op. The implants are still settling. It takes 6-12 months for implants to settle. Tattoos were blurred. The patient is beyond happy with her results.
