This 48 year old patient presents with a history of abdominal wall weakness and excess abdominal skin tissue. Also, she presented with a history of previous bilateral breast reduction with another practice. You can see excess areola tissue was left and placed in the vertical incision. Dr. Pincus performed an abdominoplasty with liposuction to her bilateral hip rolls, giving the patient a flatter and more contoured waistline. Dr. Pincus also performed a bilateral breast augmentation with a lift using 355cc moderate plus profile silicone sientra implants. The excess areola tissue at the vertical line was removed, giving the patient her dream breasts. This patient is very happy with her mommy makeover.
