Tummy Tuck with Liposuction

This 47-year-old patient had an abdominoplasty at an outside institution. The patient subsequently developed a fluid collection of her upper abdomen and had a very high scar. Dr. Pincus performed a revision abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) with removal of the seroma cavity of the upper abdomen along with lowering of the abdominal scar, as well as liposuction to the hip rolls for a more contoured waist. This is an early postop result.
