Description:

41 year old female patient is unhappy with large breasts that are causing neck, upper and lower back, and shoulder pain. Pt has recurring rashes beneath her breasts and difficulty exercising because of the breasts and is under the care of a chiropractor and physical therapist. She desires a C cup post-surgery. A Bilateral Breast Reduction with Free Nipple Graft and Dermal Fat Grafting was performed.
