This 41 year old female had a history of previous breast augmentation, now resulting in drooping of the breasts and a waterfall deformity. Dr. Pincus performed removal and replacement of her old implants and replaced them with 485cc moderate plus profile implants. A breast lift was performed along with a breast pocket repair. This is an early postop result.
