This 58 year old patient presents with breast ptosis and a desire to change her implants to silicone. Dr. Pincus removed her implants and replaced them with 415 high-profile Sientra silicone implants. A vertical breast lift (Mastopexy) was also performed to achieve this patients goals. After just 6 months, this patient is happy with her results and thriving.
