Breast Augmentation

This 23 year old female desired an increased breast size with a minimal gap between her breasts. The patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation in the submuscular plane using 350 cc high-profile sientra silicone implants. You can see due to the anatomy of her chest wall, although the implants are closer together than Dr. Pincus would normally place them, the patient is extremely happy with her results.
