This 42-year-old patient had a history of deflation of her bilateral breasts. She did not desire a breast lift. Dr. Pincus performed a bilateral breast augmentation using 355cc moderate plus profile silicone sientra implants. This is an early post-op result. Although the implants still need to drop, she is very happy.
