Breast Augmentation

This is a woman in her mid-20s after breast augmentation. This patient had tuberous breasts. These augmentations are challenging. Sientra smooth silicone implants, 107 style (330cc.) with a high profile were used. The 107 style is appropriate for this type of patient as it is a denser-filled implant for someone with little breast tissue, and the high profile gives her the upper pole fullness (pop on the top!) that she wants. It can take 6-12 months for implants to settle. This patient returned to her daily activities very quickly with our rapid recovery procedure and she is very happy with her results.
