Breast Revision with Lift

This is a 55-year-old female with a history of previous breast augmentation done many years ago. Our patient desired a smaller and more contoured shape of her breasts with increased upper pole fullness. Dr. Pincus performed a removal and replacement of her breast implants using 385cc moderate profile Sientra silicone implants along with a bilateral breast lift. This patient is 10 months post-op.
