48 year old female with a history of previous bilateral breast reduction with another practice. This patient presented very unhappy with her results. You can see excess areola tissue was left and placed in the vertical incision. Dr. Pincus performed a bilateral breast augmentation with a lift using 355cc moderate plus profile silicone sientra implants. He also performed removal of the excess areola tissue at the vertical line, giving the patient her dream breasts.
