Fat Transfer Breast Augmentation- This is a 46 year old mother of 3 with a previous midline chest scar. She wanted the fullness back in her breasts. She opted for a breast augmentation by fat transfer, with no implant. I performed hi-def liposuction to the abdomen and hip rolls with a fat transfer to her breasts. This is immediately post-op.
