This 56 year old female presents with concerns of excess skin along the arms and thighs following significant weight loss (maximum weight: 300 lbs). Initially dissatisfied with the appearance of her upper arms, she underwent a brachioplasty with Dr. David Pincus. This surgical procedure removes excess skin to restore a more contoured and toned look. Now 7 months post-op, the patient is healing well and very pleased with her results.
